Helping buyers and sellers with all their Real Estate needs has been my #1 goal since 2009. I work with clients in Albuquerque to Rio Rancho, Placitas to Corrales, East Mountains to Santa Fe, and beyond. I love helping people with the American Dream of home ownership, and/or building a portfolio with real estate for retirement and investments.

As a Realtor, I have helped my clients buy and sell their homes and vacant land. It is a joy to guide them through these transactions. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert providing specialized experience with Bank Owned and Short Sale properties.

Just a bit more about me ...

I come from a New Mexican family with a rich history in farming and sheep herding in the Raton, Taos, and Santa Fe areas. My parents later made their home in Albuquerque where I attended West Mesa High School. Married to my husband, Joe, of 41 years, we have lived and worked, and raised a family in Albuquerque. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from UNM and retired from teaching in the Albuquerque Public Schools after 28 years.

I quickly decided that Real Estate was a good profession for me because I love this area. We enjoy being close to family and truly love the climate and scenery that New Mexico has to offer.
